Director of Business Development Job Category: Business Development

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct opportunity research and qualification, lead capture and pre-proposal activities and arrange / coordinates business development reviews supported by Corporate Leadership
- Support and inform proposal reviews, lead proposal solutioning, support pricing analysis, and coordinate with Technical Subject Matter Experts to develop strategies and technical content
- Lead win theme development, develop, and maintains a detailed capture plan and provide capture status updates at gate reviews
- Contribute to and/or lead various corporate of Business Unit campaigns aligned towards strategic pursuits and support strategy expansion beyond current support areas
- Interact with team members to identify and report unfunded customer requests and organic business development opportunities
- Report directly to the C-suite on weekly basis on opportunities (written and verbal)
- Generate pursuit planning and ensuring opportunities are accurately tracked in the pipeline
Requirements & Desired Skills
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance
- 10+ years experience in relevant Federal Government Contracting industry experience

Job Summary:
The Configuration Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the configuration of CAD models and engineering drawings throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves maintaining version control, implementing configuration management processes, and ensuring compliance with standards and requirements. This is an onsite position at Letterkenney Army Depot in Chambersburg, PA.
Primary Responsibilities
- Configuration Control: Implement and manage configuration control processes to ensure accurate and consistent CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Documentation Management: Maintain and organize documentation, including CAD models, engineering drawings, and change records.
- Change Management: Evaluate, process, and document change requests, coordinating with design and engineering teams to implement approved changes.
- Standardization: Ensure adherence to organizational and industry standards for CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Integration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design documents into the overall project and resolve discrepancies.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards, addressing any issues as necessary.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support on configuration management tools and processes, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Version Control: Manage and track versions of CAD models and engineering drawings, ensuring the use of current and correct versions.
- Configuration Baselines: Establish and maintain configuration baselines to ensure consistency across projects.
- Reporting and Metrics: Generate reports on configuration management activities and use metrics to evaluate and improve processes.
Requirements & Desired Skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration management, with a strong background in CAD models and engineering drawings.
- Certification in Configuration Management (e.g., CM2, CMMI) is a plus.
- Experience with specific industry standards (e.g., ASME Y14.5, ISO 9001).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) and configuration management tools (e.g., PDM/PLM systems).
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles, change control processes, and version control systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Composite Analyst Job Category: Engineer

This Composite Analyst role will be in direct support of ReLogic’s efforts to solve priority problems highly aligned with our national defense strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Focus Areas: Hypersonics, Tactical Missile Systems, Aviation
- Work with team members, technical managers, and subject matter experts to develop analysis skills relevant to speed missile and aviation technology development
- Conduct thermos-structural analysis relating to hypersonic and high-speed vehicle design
- Utilize test data and modeling and simulation tools to predict and measure high temperature material states of stress and deflections
- Apply structural engineering best practices to existing applications and new developments including test-driven development activities
- Develop written reports, briefings, and other documentation to present internally and to customer POCs
Requirements & Desired Skills
- Strong interest in analysis (80% of time)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance
- BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (MS desired)
- 0-10 years of general experience in thermo-structural analysis (3+ desired)
- Ability to travel both domestic and international
- Experience with solid and surface based (laminates) models of composites in Abaqus or Ansys
- Experience with maintaining multiple meshes (CFD, thermal, structural) and mapping data between meshes is desired
- Experience with FAA best practices for Fiber Composite Analysis and Design
- Understanding of micromechanics and lamination theory desired

The Information System Security Officer (ISSO) will be responsible for supporting our Information Security (INFOSEC) Program. The ISSO will report to the Corporate Information System Security Manager (ISSM) on all information system security compliance aspects. The ISSO's primary duties will consist of managing the day-to-day compliance of both the classified and unclassified information systems and providing technical assistance and support to technical team members by:
Primary Responsibilities
- Auditing information systems to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures while reporting any discrepancies to the ISSM
- Performing Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) activities as required by the approved frequency
- Performing Security Impact Analysis (SIA) and providing recommendations as part of the configuration Change Control Board (CCB) approval process
- Managing user access and conducting user briefings as required
- Assisting in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) authorization processes by developing and maintaining artifacts
- Ensuring Configuration Management (CM) of all associated hardware, software, and security-relevant functions are maintained and documented
- Assisting with sanitization and release of hardware in accordance with security policies or DCSA Authorizing Official (AO) guidance
- Testing/evaluation and application of required technical security controls, including performing certification tests and periodic inspections of information systems
- Performing vulnerability scanning and patch remediation for the installed operating system, software, and firmware products
- Maintain and keep current the site’s Plan of Action & Milestone (POA&M) program

- Current IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security + CE, CySA, etc) to satisfy DoDD 8140 (DoD 8570.01) requirements
- Strong analytical, oral and written skills
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to receive and maintain clearance
- Familiarity with Facility Security requirements for DoD
- Experience in navigating and utilizing Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
- Experience with classified wide area networks (e.g., MDACNet, SIPRNet, DSWAN, etc.)
- Experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)s, STIG Viewer and industry tools for vulnerability remediation and tracking
