AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Multi Axis CNC Machining

ReLogic has invested in a state of the art multi axis CNC equipment housed in a 17,000 sqft high bay facility equipped with the necessary infrastructure for the rapid prototyping and fabrication of aerospace components. Manual and multi-axis CNC machine centers are available for one-off and limited run production parts or tooling and fixturing fabrication. 

Adaptive Manufacturing

ReLogic has developed full surface in-situ inspection methods that allow immediate feedback to CNC programming to make adjustments between passes or operations. This process in conjunction with Intelligent Fixturing results in increased geometrical compliance and repeatability, reduced scrap rate, reduction in overall inspection time, and provides trend data to feed optimized programming.

AS9100d First Article Inspection

As an AS9100d certified organization, ReLogic uses state of the art inspection systems to generate First Article Inspections for prototype or production manufacturing.
